We are located close to the Gulf Islands National Seashore on Santa Rosa Island. This condo is steps from Santa Rosa Sound and directly across the street from the beach access to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
From the moment you step into this beautiful unit you will find yourself surrounded by a beautifully decorated area that opens to the dining rooms and full equipped kitchen, creating a great atmosphere for relaxing and entertaining
With a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest room, a twin over full bunk bed in the kids room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, you can accommodate 9 comfortably. All 3 bedrooms are generously sized and are complemented by two well appointed bathrooms. Step out onto the balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee.
Each bedroom also comes with a flat screen TV. All TV's are smart TV's and can be connected to Netflix, Hulu and other apps thru the wireless internet that is provided.
Whether you're in the mood for a day at the beach or a pool day, this unit offers an unparalleled relaxing atmosphere and will be perfect for creating lifelong memories with your loved ones!!
NOTE: From October through February we welcome snowbirds and longer term guests. Ask us about our special monthly rates. Please inquire as to availability even if the dates appear blocked.

In case we cannot personally meet you, you'll receive a message via the Houfy app with detailed checkin instructions. Our cleaning crew is usually done with the unit around 3:30pm. This checkin message will arrive to you promptly at checkin time which is 4pm.

House Rules
- The person making the booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be staying at the property for the duration of the booking. - A copy of a current valid driver's license, state issue or country ID w/passport must be submitted to host once booking has been confirmed. The ID must match the profile used to book and must also match who shows up to property or will not be allowed entry onto the premises. - We have a strict NO PET policy. Please do not book this property if you intend on bringing any kind of pet. We cannot accept any pets due to a medical condition of the host who often spends time at the property (severe allergies among others). - The maximum number of guests is 9 due to the size of the property, the number of beds, etc. The rental rate is based on the number of guests. All children are to be counted as guests. When booking, guests that misrepresent the number of guests that will be residing in the property will be subject to IMMEDIATE eviction & FORFEITURE of their security deposit for this reason. - We start our guests off with hotel size toiletries, toilet paper, paper-towels, kitchen sponge, and dish detergent. PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. WE ACCEPT VENMO, PAYPAL & ZELLE.
Refundable Damage Deposit
If no damage, fully refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival.
